How to Recover a Hero in Diablo III

Diablo 3 players must notice that they have been entitled the ability to recover heroes that are deleted the most recently by themselves. And every diablo 3 account have 10 heroes in total in per available region. Once the sum of 10 are reached, players have to delete the existing heroes if they want to create more.

And players must know that only the most recently deleted heroes are possibly be recovered. Once heroes are deleted, they will be lost permanently. And the Customer support cannot assist in restoring heroes that are permanently deleted.

Deleting a Hero

In diablo 3, heroes can only be deleted from the selection menu.

1. Access the hero menu by clicking the Switch Hero button.

2. Select the hero and click Delete.

3. A popup box will appear to confirm the deletion. Click OK.

Recovering a Hero

If a hero is deleted mistakenly, you can recover them through the character selection screen.

1. When you are logging in, access the hero selection menu by clicking Switch Hero. If a character can be recovered, a button with a green arrow labeled Restore Hero will appear next to the Delete button.

2. Click Restore Hero. This will cause a popup box to appear with the hero's name.

3. Click OK to confirm the recovery.
