The resourceful folks over at Wowhead have uncovered the unlock date for the next section of the newly introduced Icecrown Citadel: the Plagueworks. Having cleared the currently unlocked Lower Spire, the faction NPC will inform you of how long it will be until the next section unlocks, which is reporting 28 days, bringing us to January 5th, 2010.
