Because of the adjustments which Hangame made to TERA account verification system, the TERA accounts (EXCEPT 90 Days Premium Tera Account) which sold before 20th January, 2011 can NOT be verified anymore.

If you are playing TERA with "Premium Tera Account" and your account did not exceed 30 days since the purchase date, you can get a new "Premium Tera Account" which registered with valid credit card or cell phone (subscription needed when account expires).
If you are playing TERA with "Verified Tera Account", we recommend you to buy a new "Verified Tera Account" which registered with valid credit card or cell phone to avoid loss caused by the new verification system.
